How do I replace rear turn signal indicators and fix loose front break lever?

New rider here who recently had their first drop on my 2015 ninja 300, luckily the bike still runs perfectly and the body damage was very minor, but I've broken one of my rear indicators and my front brake lever has a lot of give before it starts engaging the break, I'm pretty mechanically inept so I tried looking online for guides but can't find anything for replacing a broken rear indicator with just the regular stock ones.

Is it as simple as buying new indicators online, taking the old ones out and putting the new ones in? or do I need to get the fairings off and mess around with wires?

If anybody has any advice or guides they can point me towards I would really appreciate it, my rego needs to be renewed in a little over 2 weeks so I can't really afford to have it all fixed at the mechanic at the moment, thanks for any help

Unless it’s just the lens cover that’s broken, you’ll need to remove the rear plastics to change the rear directional signal. You need to get to the connector which is under the seat area, behind the battery. If you do this for the first time, you will need learn how to do this. Once you know, it will be a fairly easy task.

As for the brake, you likely need to bleed it if it is spongy.
