Hey Kijho,

Wicked bike. I'm originally from Calgary but I live in Toronto so it's nice to see the skyline. I love your plastidipped rims. I was just wondering if you custom'd the colour and sprayed it or if you just got one from a can.

Thanks!

Well guys, as many of you know who watch my Youtube Vlogs - I sold the Ninja' 300 at the end of last season. Still pretty cold here (-10*C overnight temps) and some snow/ gravel on the ground still...

To give some of you here a sneak-peek at the new bike before a video goes up, I will be taking delivery of this baby on Friday this week. I can't wait!!

I may continue to post here - this is a great community and I learned alot about riding and the Ninja 300' in general. Many videos to come this riding season, starting with an unveiling video next month of the new bike!!

Cheers all!
Ps: Sorry, I notice some of my old photo links have somehow become broken and the image isn't appearing above. Not sure why or how to fix - I think these pics were from Facebook but somehow they updated the links.. Can't edit the post anyways! :p

What made you go with the R6??

Well, I'm not a fan of the older 636's "blob-eye" headlight style. Pretty much 2012+ ... which are all $9,000+ in cost used here (private market, and the dealership market is even greater!)

The R6 body style seems to have been sharper than the Ninja's since the earlier years. It's pretty much remained the same through 06-13. I like the "hawk-eye" sharp look the headlight have.

The overall appearance has grown on me, especially since looking at them at bike shows. Swingarm, tank, etc. I really like the looks.

aaaaaaaaaand price... way cheaper

I should note that this is my other ride... most money's going into this haha

Haha all good reasons! Just curious was all. I like the look of the R6 a lot. Ride one on a demo day when I was super new to riding and wasn't used to the aggressive super sport riding position at all. Think a combo of those things altered my riding experience although it was a blast. I will right one this year for sure and get a better feel!

When I rode it granted it was a warmer day but the bike ran SOOOO hot.
