hey yall some dumb A** while i was at work must have ran into my bike when i got off it was on its side will try to upload picts tomorrow i dont think it was just a knock over or anything my left side farring is [email protected] the tail is broken the foot peg is completly broken off the the gear shifter is completly bent in touching the transmission all the oil had leaked out of it idk what to do nobody saw anything happen and there is no cameras

Was is in a parking spot?

I always park at the end of the parking spot because people dont see you parked if your parked far in. I seen someone back over a motorcycle before. Its not pretty.

Yes i have insurance I have markel with 10/20000 injury 10000 property damage 20000 uninsured/underinsured motorist collision and comprehensive and total loss replace ment on it and yes I called the police but when them came they said there wasn't really not a whole lot they could do because nobody saw it happen or something like that yes it was in a parking spot I work at Ross and we have designated motor cycle parking spots it really loolike somebody just ran completely over it

I can't believe the cops didn't at least conduct a few interviews with area businesses, and check for ANY surveillance cameras.

Police, at least around me dont even deal with small stuff like that unfortunately... all they do is pull people over, and thats about it... my entire street got ransacked one night... everyone's car including mine got broken into an things stolen, my cb radio was ripped right out of the dash among other things.. and all the cops did was make a list of what got stolen...

Thats sucks man =( sorry to hear that.. I hope they catch the dirt bag who did it..

And I hope the insurance covers everyhting.. I was goign to switch to markel really son because its half the price of my current insurance.. just havent had enugh time to do it lol

If you park on the street its only a matter of time. I rode into the city for a meeting the other day and parked behind an SUV with LOTS of room. The driver shows up with her friend and gets in the car. I'm standing there contemplating whether to ask if I could have her parking receipt when she starts up the car and starts backing into my bike. WHOA, WHOA, WHOA I yelled and started pounding on the window. She stopped just as she made contact with the mirror. That's it, I'm not driving in Manhattan any more, not worth it. I'll take the subway and read Motorcyclist while the MTA does the driving.

Sorry man that sucks. Good news tho. The gear shifter bends in easy. It will bend back with a little muscle. And the foot peg should only run you around 20-30 us$.

no there wasnt any cameras the cop did ask around a lttle but there just wasnt anybodu around when i got off but i talked to my insurance and just from them talking i may get a new one because of the parts not being avalible yet and all so wel will see i guess thanks guys

that really sucks. its good that it was insured with comp. liability doesn't cover that at all....
