a quick google found this answer for others who might be interested

Ok so I just measured my 250s bearing and they're 15mm ID x 35mm OD x 11mm thick. So it sound like they're identical.
250 only have the seal on one side and it should be the same as for the other side the 250 uses the wheel speed hub spacer doohickey as a dust seal.
