Wondering if anyone can help me ID these aftermarket fork valves (or are they emulators?). Hoping they might be recognizable to anyone who may have upgraded the stock forks. I can’t find anything online that look exactly like these.

These valves were found when I removed the forks to rebuild them. They sit on top of the fork damper rod, held in place only by the o-ring press fit into the top of the damper.

Also, the damper rods have had the small holes at the top filled in, and new larger through holes (9/64th?) drilled closer to the bottom - about 90° apart from each other.

Any help is appreciated. Pics below.
