I live in monterey/kogarah and I saw you live in ramsgate so I would suggest going down to taren point. It will be the closest for us to get tyres. go to mcas.com.au and the building is hard to miss because its covered in yellow! plus you can buy their products online so check them out
Goodluck man!
Bikebiz at Parramatta have all the tyres in that thread! Prices on their website! Couldn't find em on mcas site! Probably plenty of other places!
Cheers Americos would much rather going to taren point then parra

Let us know if mca has any decent tyres our size! I'd rather buy off them also!
Mca doesn't have them in stock but can order any of them, also are our wheels 17"?

Personally i will be getting mine from BikeBiz in Parramatta unless anyone in Sydney knows a good tyre retailer for motorbikes?

I am liking a set of Bridgestones, i'm after high performace in both dry and wet conditions; not sure which model i will end up with yet.

Also, has anyone gone one size up from stock?
I'm with SClown on this, BikeBiz have been good to me so far.
what do you guys think about the pirelli diablo corsa II ??

Someone said in another thread something about having trouble keeping them warm with street use. I will be going down the same route as steve with the diablo rosso 2.

Im loving the diablo rosso 2.
the shapes a bit different to the stock tyres so when you go to corner it drops really easy into the corner and feel so solid.
I went thought some twistys near home yestarday and normally on a few corners im thinking it wouldnt take much for the bike to slip out from under me but with the diablo rosso 2 it never entered my mine and i went through faster just felt more in control.
and they're around $400 for the two tyres aren't they? yay thanks guys now i am 110% sure i want to chuck these on. spicey said don't worry about it.... pfft. hahaha

I've heard such good things about these and yes 400-420fitted sounds about right i will be doing this next pay i think.
Which spec did you guys get? Did you stick to 110 front and 140 rear? Some went to 120 and 150 and said there's not a lot of difference.
I stuck with standard size .
these no need to go biggers if you do it will effect the bikes handling
These are shaped to corner so when you lay it down theres heaps of meat on the road
If a few people want the same diablo tires why don't we see if we can get a group deal somewhere?

I think its a good idea for people that do a lot of riding, specially long trips full of bends. Not learners who have not ridden yet :p
