I just picked up a 2015 Ninja 300 for track days, and am looking to refresh the forks. Lo and behold, it needs a Pin 37 for my Pitbull front stand, and Pit Bull seems to be the only people in the world who have in in stock. After shipping and taxes it's $40!

Anyone have an alternative to this for a Pitbull stand? Anyone have a spare #37 pin they want to part with?

Edit: looks like I can just remove the horn and use the Pit-bull "Standard" pin, too.

I had a similar experience with my Vortex head-lift stand. The stupid lower fork hole is massive, I forget the dimension off the top of my head, but it's been discussed here.

Luckily Vortex pins were in stock where I happened to be making another order at the time, so it was like $8 to get my pin.

I wonder if the vortex pin is the same style/size as the Pitbull ones. I'd be happy to take some measurements/photos of my Vortex pin to help you determine if that would fit (as I don't have a Pitbull head stand, just the fork front stand)

That's absurd isn't it? $40 for a 3" long piece of steel... I don't care how gold and shiny it is...

I could check my woodcraft pin dimensions too and see if they are the same. The hole in the triple tree is 21mm just not sure about the size of the pin where it sits in the stand...
