My Girlfriend was out riding and dropped her bike, she said this small rubber piece fell off but neither of us have any idea what it is or where it came from. If anyone has a guess or knows what this might be, or if it didn't come off her bike at all, it would be a great help.

Have you checked under the seats? Both rider and passenger seat have some kind of rubber pieces in the contact points.

Can't tell for sure, but some bleeders on the brake caliper have similar caps on them.
