I got my first service done at 700 km. Its been 6 months and i have rode my bike for only 1300km i.e. 2000 km in total. Should i go for 2nd service? Or wait for the bike to complete 6000 km??

If the bike runs well, it doesn't need a service at 2000kms.
Anyways, regardless of any service done at the shop, always periodically check yourself:
oil level,
coolant level,
thickness of brake pads,
chain tension and lube,
tire pressure and condition (check for cuts or punctures)
throttle operation (good spring come back and a little bit of free play when closed)
lights (specially brake lights)

I may be forgetting something. Check the owners manual for the complete list of things you should check your self.

If anything of this is not ok, take it to the shop or learn to do it yourself.

A bike that is maintained at a shop once a year is almost sure not properly maintained. For example, chain should be lubed every 500 or 1000 km, or after use in the rain.

Hello, and welcome to the forum!

It looks like you are in India, is that correct?
If so, I HIGHLY recommend you watch Arka Roy's Youtube channel: Arka Roy
He also has a Ninja 300 ABS, and makes great videos where he explains things very clearly, and even gives prices for each service (in Rupee).
I couldn't find a video on the second service though, only 1st and 4th.

Maybe you could ask him directly?
