Beware the sand... especially in corners. Had an encounter with it today. thankfully no harm was done and I didn't lose traction entirely but it was something I'd only care to repeat on a contraption meant for dirt...

On the plus side I got proof I can lean.the bike lol.

Yeah dirt and gravel is horrid. I can't really escape it tho.

Yeah, we have several road around us that the rain washes across. Can get quite spooky, even knowing it's going to be there.

that's just it. sand in florida is only visible in any concentration... a few loose grains, which is all it takes really, are hardly visible unless the light happens to catch it just so...
