Just be careful with those integrated tail lights guys, you may fail a WoF with them in New Zealand - depending who does your WoF.
In saying that, the only reason I don't have one is because I'm keeping my bike stock because I'm going to end up selling it to upgrade as my riding needs change, and it saves some cash.
To be legal you must have a rear facing red reflector, number plate light, and the indicators mounted as far towards each side of the motorcycle as is practicable and noticeably visible from different distances in normal day/night lighting and viewing angle. i.e, from the side of the bike.

Some vehicle inspectors interpret this differently, VTNZ will most likely have different standards to the guy who does motorcycles at the bike shop...

Keep your stock tail light, reflector, and indicators just in case, I know a CBR600 rider who has to swap his out for WoFs.
