I have been thinking about doing some rear flush mount turn signals. I am even willing to drill into the body work to hide the wires haha. Has anyone done this yet? If so which blinkers did you use? I am not having the best luck locating any signals that match the bike very well.

Im going to be trying these in a couple days. I think they will blend in nicely with the flat black plastic under the cal. If anyone has a link to a flasher that they have used that will work with LED signals I could use it.

Old where did you get those?

My bike is probably more dirty than that haha!

As for the Hotbodies Undertail, if I remember correctly on the 250R there was major cutting involved, the have to hack up the entire stock undertail and mold the two together..

(I could be totally wrong though, I just remember seeing a HOW TO a long time ago..

So I've been waiting for the Hotbodies under tail since I got the bike. I decided to check out the pictures, reviews and installation pdfs from the 250's on their website. ITS TOTALLY BRUTAL! Not even the company make it look easy let alone all the independent reviews elsewhere online.
I hope they fix some of the issues from the 250 kit, but its totally changed my mind. I'm going with a flush mount kit now.

Please, before you buy the 300 undertail. Read up on the 250 installs. Even the review on their own website is a shocker!

I'll wait until it's out to pass judgement. Like I said earlier, I had the HB on my R6 and it was a pretty easy install and had no problems at all. Maybe the 250 was an exception. I know a lot of people with the HB undertail on other bikes, and no problems.

I am sure they had some lessons learned from the 250 model and should be coming up with something a little more beginner friendly, funny as these are advertised as beginner bikes you would think that someone would come out with a molded rear undertail with flush mount signals and plate mount... anyone look into fiberglassing one?
