I got a great deal on a white 300 and have really grown to love the color on the bike. The only thing I wasn't wild about was the glossy black wheels, so I decided to try a little plastidip. I went platinum grey metallic. I like the finished product way more than the glossy black. In a perfect world I'd love it to be a few shades lighter and not quite as dark, but it still looks good in person. For me, way better than the factory color. We will see if it lasts over time. Here's a few pics.

I agree - the gray looks better with white body and yes, it could be a little lighter.
Be interested to see how the plasti-dip holds up versus actual wheel/rim paint.

Nice... Are you missing a bolt?
Great catch. Yes, when I took everything apart I had a stripped bolt. The dealer didn't have one in stock, so I had to order it. I put everything back together and then added the new bolt once it came in. I took this picture right after I painted the rims and mounted the new tires before the new bolt came in.
