Anyone have a pearl stardust white Ninja with blue rim tape and possibly blue levers?

I have red accents, but blue is my favorite color, thinking of changing it up before I buy new gear...

Yeah, my chosen accent color is blue, but only for a few parts.

I am most interested in bikes that have the blue wheel tape. Based on the pictures above, it doesn't 'pop' as much as my red rim tape does...

I guess I could consider powder coating the wheels, but that would have to wait until winter as spring is finally here and I'm at the point where it's getting just about warm enough to ride every day.

This is much more 'noticeable' and pops more.

you have a pic of the red rim tape? I have all red accents but went with white rim tape.. maybe I'll change it up this summer..

Yeah...seems like you need to paint the whole rim blue in order for it to actually be noticeable and part of the theme. Just wheel tape doesn't work.

Looks like I'll be shooting for red/white/black gear again. :dry:

Did you see what Kijho did with his rims? you can try something like that, but blue (obviously). I think he just used plastidip on the outer rim of the wheel

or get your rims painted pearl stardust white, then put blue rim tape on

Check out my public FB photo album I just made today. I have blue rim tape, blue spools, and blue shorty levers. I've plasti-dipped the front fender black, as well as the windscreen and rear pegs. I'm planning on plasti-dipping some of the plastics blue and possibly getting blue bolts from Probolt. I will see what I can do when the weather permits. It was 85 here in Kansas not two days ago, and there is suppose to be an inch of snow on the ground when I wake up this morning. :/
