Open Carry while you Ride?

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed the open carry bill (and campus carry bill) into law. Effective Jan 1, 2016 people with the appropriate concealed carry license will be able to open carry a handgun.

Unfortunately the bill will also allow the police to "stop and check" to see if you have a license in direct violation of Terry v. Ohio. (In which the Supreme Court said that a lawfully carried firearm cannot be the sole reason for a stop.)

You can also expect openly hostile, 2nd amendment hating, police chiefs like Austin PD's Art Acevedo to instruct his little minions to make life miserable for anyone who dares exercise their rights. He'll instruct his minions in blue to treat each stop as a felony stop and make you lay down in a filthy gutter while they disarm you and detain you out in the sun for several hours (without water) while they try their level best to fabricate some sort of charges against you. Even after they discover you're lawfully carrying they'll fail to return your firearm all the while questioning you in an effort to find something to charge you with.

Anyway, I digress. Does anyone plan to carry while they ride?

Or, if you live somewhere where it's already legal, do you carry while riding?

I never open carry in public, rarely at home, that invites bad guys n bad girls to shoot u first, illiterate cops routinely arrest permit holders for open carry. TN starts handgun carry without permit in july 2021, cops warn thats safer than carry permit cuz many communist traffic cops draw down on HCP drivers same as any gangbanger punk with an armed robbery warrant. Law very complex with exceptions so firearms arrests n seizures will increase. Another problem is you dont want your handgun falling out of holster at random flying down the highway, so i carry more securely though that destroys quickdraw defense. Always best to get as much training as possible in safety, law and realworld combat, free youtube vids great for that, paid classes are a smart hobby. Insurance for lawyer defense for firearm use is a wise move, basic lawyer fee for any trial is $100,000. Many democrat prosecutors are full communist now, all selfdefenders arrested no matter the facts n law, murderous felons released without bail and charges dropped. 3 members of my family murdered this year, 1 butchered alive, zero police investigation. Im not aware of any classes for shooting moving targets from a motorcycle but you could probably design your own, watch wild west n mad max movies. Soon all guns will be banned in USSA.

My daily CCW is a 9mm shield. However when on the bike I pocket carry a Ruger LCP 380 in a desantis pocket holster, its thinner than a wallet,so doesnt print and also weighs next to nothing. Pocket carry was the only comfortable option I found for a bike.
Me2 roger that but good luck finding ammo
Govts murdered 200M of their own citizens in the past 103 years, not counting abortion and other irregular warfare tactics. America has murdered 250M of its own citizens in 400 years. 2021 shall be an interesting time to be alive.

Nope, but that greatly delays ability to quickdraw, balance of risk management

Good movie, but FALSE meme: Mad Max (1979) is set "a few years in the future", with the consensus being ~1984 or ~1985.
A good meme dont GAF about facts
