I swear modding my bike has become an obsession ...
Ok i need advice for the following mods

Double Bubble Windscreen... The bigger windscreen from Kawi is this
considered a double bubble? How good would it be for highway use

ASV Levers .... I like the idea of customizable levers however my main
complaint with the levers is the stock clutch lever takes too much pull
at the end for the friction zone i would like to move the friction zone way
closer so as to shift easier. Would these allow me to do this

Braided Brake lines... Are these worth it? Should i upgrade the pads
and rotor as well?

GPS Mount... I am trying to replace my car with my bike. Only use my car
when it is raining or i need to transport something large (like my children)
Can someone recommend a good mounting place for a gps unit. I have
a Galaxy Note 2 so i am thinking i may be better off getting a dedicated
gps unit. I already have the 12v adapter installed.

Heated gloves or grips.. Which is better and recommendations on both

My right side fairing is cracked. Should i repair it or just buy another. I would love to be able to repair it but i am not sure which tools i would need and the extent of technical know how.

I need a recommendation on a stand. I have pit bull swing arm spools and
i was going to get a pit bull stand but i think 200 bucks for a stand is a bit
much. Can you recommend a more economical one or is it better to get
the expensive.

LED's. I have white led's in the engine compartment. I want something
brighter though but i dont want to spend a ton

ALARM... I like to go to a lot of places that do not have a spot to lock
down the bike. I need a recommendation on a good alarm that is not gonna
cost me 300 for a bunch of features i am not going to use. Recommendations please!

Thank you for your help guys. I have no problem spending 10k on upgrades
as long as the bike is awesome when I am done :) I look at it as a empty palette to be customized the way i want it.

A low auto floor jack under the suspension link while on the side stand lifts the rear just fine. I've done the front with a insulating block of 1/2 4x 4 plywood under the exhaust to lift the front too.

I've had both wheels off several times and it has been very stabil.

SS brake lines help alot but the pads are pretty awful in terms of bite and feel. I have the EBC HH pads and they took a long time to fully break in and are much better but not great either. Thats about as good as it will get with stock master/caliper though. I couldn't go back to stock lines or pads for sure.

I also have just replaced the really bad standard front pads with a set of BENDIX Supersport and they are sooooooooooo much better than the stock it was nearly a instant improvement, im a lot happier these pads made a difference cause i was really dissapointed in the front brakes

If your a commuter I would get the windscreen first and the alarm. Get a xena xx14 disc lock alarm. I picked one up on ebay for $50 shipped. It locks on to the disc and is when the bike is moved goes off. Its very loud and annoying. Louder than I expected. The other stuff can wait. The fairing fix I would do last.

They are EBC brand HH sintered pads. Not sure of a part # but I think they are the only ones they make that are HH sintered.

Same here :D:D

Double Bubble Windscreen... The bigger windscreen from Kawi is this

A true double bubble does not yet exist for the 300, the Kawi one is more like a tall screen for highway use..

ASV Levers .... I like the idea of customizable levers however my main
complaint with the levers is the stock clutch lever takes too much pull
at the end for the friction zone i would like to move the friction zone way
closer so as to shift easier. Would these allow me to do this

Adjustable levers are exactly what you need. Yet a pair of $30 levers from ebay will do the exact same thing.

Braided Brake lines... Are these worth it? Should i upgrade the pads
and rotor as well?

I should have mine installed this weekend if I can find some free time and the rain holds off.. But I have read nothing but good thing about them..

My right side fairing is cracked. Should i repair it or just buy another. I would love to be able to repair it but i am not sure which tools i would need and the extent of technical know how.

Did you drop the bike? I would just leave it until you feel experianced enough so it does not happen again.. Then buy a new one..

I need a recommendation on a stand. I have pit bull swing arm spools and

much. Can you recommend a more economical one or is it better to get

I got mine from Cycle Gear for $50.. I see no reason to a pit bull stand for your average rider.. That puts it up only a couple times a year..

LED's. I have white led's in the engine compartment. I want something
brighter though but i dont want to spend a ton

Lots of kits available on ebay for VERY cheap.

This seems to be a popular pick for levers:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/the2wheels-Adjustable-Brake-Clutch-CNC-Levers-for-Kawasaki-NINJA-250R-2008-2012-/270971715062?afsrc=1

Only bad thing I've read is that the paint tends to fade from the sun after a month or two depending on exposure. THis was specific to the black. Not sure how the other colors perform yet. SIlver seems to be a safe option. But amusingly, a lot of people seem to dig the new bronze color it fades to.

Edit: did a bit more digging. Apparently, if they fade to a different color, you can let them know and they will send a new set. So maybe taking a different color than silver is worth a shot:

Edit 2: seems like it doesn't affect all black levers...only some. Possibly differences in manufacturing processes between suppliers or something.
