Went to the Motorcycle Show in Toronto, and got these shots :D
Note: There are no decals going down the tank like on the Ebony/Green SE. So you can put a tank pad on without covering up a decal

The rim tape isn't just a solid red strip. Its textured and has line breaks. The Decals also have texture graphics mixed in so it's not just a solid colour. Overall the red is a lot darker and deeper than the red shown in press photos. The red almost looks orange in some of the press photos by comparison.

When did you go? We could have met up :p I was there last night.

is it really that red? i thought it was orange. still buying it tho.
That's what I first thought when I saw it. I asked one of the reps there if Kawasaki changed the colours but he said nope. It looks orange online, but the stripes are actually the same red as the Passion Red model.

I was there just before noon till 3pm, left to research prices and reviews, and then I came back around 7pm to hunt down stuff on my final list of stuff.

I'm sure we can meet up for a ride later. I wouldn't have been fun to hang out with in shopping mode though. I was on a mission. Got a backpack, face shield, tank pad, jacket, and pants

Oh and yea, super red, just like my pictures. Some press guy didn't do colour correction right *shakes fist*

I went to the Calgary show yesterday.... the moondust 300 looks soooo good. I was on the fence between a CBR500 and a moondust 300, and the CBR was no comparison for me after seeing and sitting on both of them.

I took a bunch of photos as well that I might post up later.

Gorgeous! can't wait to get mine. It's waiting at Burlington Cycle. I pick up at end of April so that I can ride home.
