South-west Sydney here. I've been out through nasho a few times and it's a great ride! Just be careful as someone spills oil from time to time (I'm guessing the locals trying to keep bikes out) so it can get sketchy!
Suggestions for routes: Old pacific highway, Putty Road, Wisemans ferry and the general North-West inland area towards the central coast is all pretty twisty. In saying that, I'm yet to visit any of those.
