With Ku ring gai natio park, BE VERY CAREFUL. It's pretty techy and the roads a bit rough. I took the car through there last night for a sus, I'll prob head there later this arvo with the bike.
I live about 5 minutes away from the bobbin head rd side entrance of the park. I did it after only putting about 150km on my bike (and this is my first bike). I took it incredibly slow, but it was a very rewarding experience. Considering getting an annual pass for the national parks, as $11 each visit is quite pricey.

I did it once each way (entrance to entrance). If you go down there, make sure to stick to your own side of the road around the corners, as I have seen cars in the past come around them pretty quickly... Also be careful of cyclists as its quite popular with road bikers.

Does anyone know if Akuna Bay is pay to enter as well? It looks as though it is, but I've never been down there before.

I'm in Pymble. I live about 5 minutes from the Bobbin Head entrance of the Ku-ring-gai national park. I did it a couple of weeks ago. So far I've only done about 220km on my bike, got it a month ago. Haven't ridden as much as I would have liked to, but slowly starting to ride more and more. I'm a learner, only got my license at the end of November.

Where is that first pic taken KOKONUT? It doesn't really look like the Bobbin Head Marina area, but not sure.
