So I'm having loads of trouble installing these new HiDs. For some reason I have no power going to my head lights, so I tried using the stock ones and still nothing. All the fuses are good, all other lights work. Everything is plugged in so honestly I have no idea. Can't take it to kawi lol. Anyone have ideas? Or how to fix the problem?

Did you forget to press the start button or was the polarity reversed on the ballast wires?

HiDs weren't connected we were testing for +/- on the stock beams. It was the relay.

Hi all, i seem to be having a similar problem, when i first got my bike, both lights used to stay on , during low and high beams, after installing a light plastic protector kit, both my
Headlights went completely off, and stayed off for a while, i started the bike the next day, and the rhs came on, but the lhs refuses to come on , during low and high beam opertation, please help.....

are you using the stock bulbs???
if so mate its a warranty issue take it back to your nearest kwaka dealer & let them sort it

could be something as simple as a blown blub
