So I took the 300 in to get the pipe rust issue taken care of on monday at 10am and it took them about 20min to do. Well seeing as it was a nice day I went to find some people to ride with. After an hour or two found some guys and they said lets ride on some back mnt roads. (I have never been on these ones) Well the first road about 15mi long was ok very rough but nice and twisty. The second not so nice, lots of cars and sand. Well about 15min into the 2nd ride I did not like all the cars and slowed down to the speed limit just to be safe. As I hit the apex of a turn I went through a dip, front tire came off ground, :( front tire came back down on gravel:eek:.... front tire slid out and down I went. Well now my baby is getting fixed. I will show pics later after I get them.:(

Awww looks like she had a good roll. A good chunk of damage all over the bike. Insurance for sure. If it were an older bike they would probably write it off, but who knows at this point

Ya she goes in to be fixed today lets see if I can get some of the mods I was going to do out of it as well. Thanks all and yes it could have been much worse as when I stoped I was at the edge of a cliff. They are going to fix it and pay for my new helmet as well. $500 out of pocket is all I have to pay the rest is payed by them. So when I get her back the 1st thing I will do is get new tires, that could have made the diff on this one.

Lol dam* you all it hurts to laugh. ya I'm good I know it happens its part of riding. but on a good side I was able to get rid of any chicken strips that were left on the tires front and rear. I think when the peg hit it fliped the bike over. Glad I just got the new helmet it is most likly the reason I didn't even have a headach.

How exactly did YOU fall? Just hit the ground and roll? Or did you flip any? You may have some internal damage you're not yet aware of! Happened to me when some guy ran a red light and totalled my car at 20MPH. (head on collision) - I am still suffering from headaches DAILY even though it's been over 2 years.

You might wanna get your neck checked out bro. Just that tiny bit of whiplash gave me 1 bulging disc and 1 torn disc in my neck, 1 bulging disc and 2 tears in my back.

I have to work out JUST to prevent further pain and damage. It's not fun at all!
