http://blog.motorcycle.com/2013/07/17/motorcycle-news/nissin-abs-modulator-recall-honda-ctx700-suzuki-hayabusa-kawasaki-ninja-250r-and-more/

“On certain motorcycles, the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) modulator may have been manufactured incorrectly and could fail. Loss of ABS function would allow the front and/or rear wheel to lock under braking which, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the rider’s reactions, could increase the risk of a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the ABS modulator.”

Don't Kawasaki say the 300's ABS unit is the lightest ever made? They make a big thing of it in their pomotional literature. Therefore it must be a different unit to the one fitted to the Ninja 250.

Or at least, so I would assume.

I have learned the hard way that even with a 60mph start, you can't fly.
Hopefully no one with ABS will have the failure occur
