soooo ive got a buddy that runs a screen printing business. and he does discount for multiple buyers... such as a group buy.

should i hit him up?

if so what would you all want as a design and or logo?

obviously, one color is cheaper then having a ton of colors. but maybe like a green logo on a black shirt?

a picture of the bike, then underneath it "kawasakininja300.com"
or just "300" or "ninja 300"

ideas?

I like the matted artwork another member did, so maybe that style logo, with the ninja spatter logo and the "kawasakininja300.com" text on the bottom.

I like the idea of doing all the logos and text in green on a black shirt. Count me in for a group order!

just going off what the OP stated that one color is cheaper, and he suggested green ink on a black shirt.

it can be a white on black, or a black on a white shirt... i just meant it as one solid color for the image. instead of a full picture. silk screening gets pricey when you add more colors. but it can be a mixture of any color on any color of tshirt, cause he will only need one stencil... the stencil is where the money comes in. if he needs more then one color, he needs multiple stencils, to make layers.... its not that crappy iron on stuff... idk if this is making any sense but yeah.

the main thing is finding a design we can all agree on...

yeah exactly, but i was thinking the colors reversed, with the bike being green (or any color of peoples choosing) and then the kawi forum logo under it.

this is with the bike being green, if she reverses it the tires and seats will be green and the fairings will be black.

I think I see what you are saying now. Since the shirt would be black the tires, handle bars etc will blend into the shirt and wont be seen clearly.

Bran anyway you can make the background black since that would be from the actual shirt, but yet keep the black parts of the bike black (keeping in mind the black will be from the shirt itself)? Maybe a thin green outline around the bike to somehow break it apart a little???

I can make the background transparent on my photo program if Bran wants... that way it could be used on any color shirt.
Problem with background color is when you transfer it onto a shirt 99% of the time you're not gonna have an exact color match..and as you wash it the image and shirt will fade at different rates causing you to have a big block shown behind image..

Green is the Kawasaki flagship color. I don't know if the entire shirt needs to be green but there should be some green in it.
I think a black shirt with Kawi Green lettering - 300R on it would be cool. But the 300R would have to be in Monster Energy font or some cool italics.
It would be a conversation starter for people who don't know what 300R is.
We also have to be careful as to not get this guy in any copyright trouble

With all that being said I am challenged when it comes to fashion. If my wife doesn't buy my clothes, I'm a hot mess!
