Ninja 300 Mirror Issue.

My right mirror after just a couple weeks of riding has come loose. The ball and socket that allows the mirror to be adjusted is no longer stiff enough to hold itself up. I do have the warranty which im pretty sure will cover it, however, i was wondering if anyone knew a quick way of fixing the issue.

Usually those things are a pressure fit, something inside must of broke.

Nah just make the dealer replace it- you don't want a ghetto repair on a brand new bike

+1 For taking back to dealer or any Kawasaki centre

Why do people insist on trying to dodgy things up when the can get OEM replacements parts fitted and/or replaced for free?

THATS THE IDEA OF A WARRANTY PEOPLE, TO GIVE YOU SH*T FOR FREE WHEN SH*T BREAKS
I just bought my bikes today and when they were servicing them in the back when we were doing the paperwork the guy cracked a tiny piece on the seat fairing which you will never know it was cracked and if you noticed it you might think you did it yourself because you will have to pull half the fairings in the rear apart to see it but the kid manned up and told us he cracked it and will be replacing it, makes me feel good about the service center, used to getting raped by the auto service centers for stupid parts, I do about 90% of my own work too
