The passenger foot rests, and the rear brake reservoir and cover are different. Everything else on your list is interchangeable. I have both bikes and have tested swapping most parts on the bike.

The swing arms are the same, but the 300 has an extra bolt hole in front of the tire. This means that a hugger designed for a 250 could go on a 300, but one for a 300 couldn't go on a 250 unless you added an extra bolt hole. Still not a big deal. Just not plug and play.

Hate to revive an old thread but can anybody confirm if front/back wheel rims from a 250R fit a 300?
I'm trying to go racing but I don't want to use the "good" tires for commuting; so instead I want to use the 250r wheels for that. Any help would be great.
Yes the wheels are completely interchangeable.
