I noticed a large amount of parts for the 250r were the same as the 300 so I figured it would be helpful to compile them in 1 spot.

To start:
K&N Air Filter (And 250r Snorkal Mod)
250r Rear Sets

As for the slip on exhaust there may be a difference based on header design between the US and fuel injected models in other countries from the 250.

Any confirmed word on this?

Or specific 250 slip ons that are confirmed to fit like the Two Bros.

from what i have seen with some googling on slipon's from the 250 to make it fit the 300 you need to modify or make our own rear bracket.the stock 250 rear bracket on the exhaust doesn’t quite fit the 300 properly, but the diameter of the can where it fits to the collector does fit nicely

K&N Pod Filter
Clipons
Brake Lines
Brake/Clutch Levers
Brake Rotors
Brake Pads
Sprockets Front and Rear
Slip on Exhaust(minor modification may be required)
Gold Valve Emulators
Springs
Preload Adjusters
Rear Shock
is there any particular year(s) that these 250 parts fit the 300 or are they all the same?

I see the 250R use a rubber topped footpeg while the 300 is an all aluminum one. The good news they both use the same size mounting bolt, 12x37.5 so the aftermarket pegs I order are a fit!

Need Help Cross Matching 250 Parts

I'm looking to get a bunch of accessories for my 300 and I never had a 250 so I'm not sure which parts will cross over.

Here's a list of parts I want if you can help with letting me know if they cross over I'd appreciate it:

Front Brake Reservoir Cover
Rear Brake Reservoir Cover
Rear Brake Reservoir Cover Guard (is the rear brake reservoir the same)
Chain Adjuster Cap (is the swing arm hole the same size)
Oil Cap
Front Brake Caliper Cover (are the calipers the same)
Frame Caps (for the holes above the rear sets)
Stem Bolt
Clip-Ons
Passenger Footrest Set
Rear Sets
Front Wheel Axle with Spools
Rear Wheel Axle with Spools
Adjustable Brake Lever
Adjustable Clutch Lever
Rear Adjuster Plate
Pre Load Adjusters

TIA

The passenger foot rests, and the rear brake reservoir and cover are different. Everything else on your list is interchangeable. I have both bikes and have tested swapping most parts on the bike.

thanks so much everyone....

Since the rear passenger pegs are different, what do you call the piece that would go there to "fill" in the area. Plus on the right hand side it holds the rear master cylinder and the exhaust.

TIA...

in my sig is a quick n dirty parts list. open it. in the first few lines there is a web site for a full 300 parts break down, and below that is a 250r parts break down

the kawisakipartshouse website is kind of misleading. Take for example the rear master cylinder cap on both the 250 and the 300 its the same part number, yet they are different and not interchangeable.

Just a rear foot rest blank/blanking plate as far as I would think.

You mean something like this Krispy?

A local CNC shop could probably do you one up for nothing, they just need plate size/thickness and hole diameters/distance from hole centres to go from.......

Are the seats interchangeable as well? It looks like it is...but I need some expertise.
