Hi guys and girls yes it's that time again for us Melbourne riders to head out to the fantastic hilly and windy eastern Melbourne for a ride! The route has been chosen and will be posted below, if you have any problems with it or have an idea to make it better please suggest. Hope we can all make it and get a good turnout! tuff, ill be there, although as i posted elsewhere, George with the black 300 probably wont be coming as he smashed his bike today

Yeah 9am Warrandyte Pub, such a shame to hear about George, hope he gets back on soon!

Car pulled out in front of him, he went head on with the L/H quarter of an Audi, his bruised up etc but he should be k, bike looks like a write off, fork and frame looks to be bent, radiator, headlights, front and side fairing, mounts, its fkd

Well cops just fined him for lane splitting $141 and no demerit points, so looks like he is picking up the cost of the bike and damage to the Audi

Think he went in between traffic and car pulled out from opposite side of the rd to turn into a street

Ah fukk, the whole time I was thinking its tomorrow man..fail lol

Does George happen to travel along jells road in wheelers hill? Black ninja 300 pulled up alongside me on my way to work.

His looking at about $5000 for the Audi and were about to put the order in for parts for the bike, who knows how long it will take to get it and how much its gonna cost, it a pretty extensive list

Well I hope he is alright and gets the bike back on the road, did he have comp insurance?

Shame to have an off so early makes me grateful that I've only dropped my bike.

Btw any of you guys going to the motocycle expo this weekend?

Naa no insurance, that's why we are fixing the bike, sucks but guess you just gotta take it as a lesson

Did you end up getting ur bike fixed??

As for this Sunday I am uncertain if I can make it or not, mate needs a hand concreting but ill do my best to be there

Ouch no insurance? Nah I haven't fixed the bike yet haven't had time to get a quote. I'm in no rush really to get it fixed as the scratches remind me to always be alert of everything when on the bike(even when parking

)

I am going to the expo on saturday, if anyone of you guys are going maybe we can organise a meet or something.
