A local place in Cocoa Fl really hooked me up. I purchased the HID high low kit http://www.sportbikelites.com/HID-KITS-s/2.htm as I hate having 1 light off in low beam. Because I was the first 300 he had, he promoed my bike with his new switch back fender eliminator kit on his web site http://www.sportbikelites.com/Default.asp (yep that's my bike ) I also picked up some levers and grips (I got the shorty's but they come in full size too) Love the stuff and wanted to share.
I like those levers also, but the thought of something crashing into me and with my luck it would hit the levers and then sever my fingers. Haha. Looks slick though.
Grips and levers come in all colors imaginable. Grips feel better than stock (not much though) got them mostly for looks when I picked out the levers. See PM on FE
Really??? What's with the VP Slam?? I mean if you have different options for the group I would understand you posting them. But the straight out put down from the VP? Just expected more, well, professionalism
And yes I saw cheaper HID kits but none that I could confirm duel low/high beams which was the main selling point for me.
Our bike headlight just takes a regular H7 for either the high beam or low beam, same light-just angled differently. Any hid kit would work......I think you got had.
Understand, but this keeps both lights (sides) on in low and both lights (sides) on in high so u don't have to ride around with your high beams on as some people do as some do not like the look of the "half" light on in low.
To try to explain better this kit is more like the halo's (which are the same price) I just did not like the "eyes" look. This is a mod with separate bulbs in each side of the housing. plus it comes with 2 additional runner bulbs in the upper corner. A friend has a standard HID kit in his 250 and its just not the same.
Looks really good I always looked at the levers and didnt quite like the look of them but seeing it on your bike you changed my mind
