Between the snow and all the sand on the streets winter riding isn't an option for us this year. I took the bike apart a few weeks ago to do some mods and now I'm having a brain fart and I can't remember how the seat goes back on and what screws go where. Next time I'll definitely take before pics.

1) Do the two inserts go in the seat base from the outside or from the inside?

2) Which screws hold the seat on? I have several large head Phillips screws. Some have a kind of a green color head and two have a gloss black head. Are the two black ones for the seat, they seem to short? If they are then I assume the green ones are for the black panels on each side?

Thanks

do a search on youtube for "kawigirl"
she recorded herself removing her fairing, maybe that will give you an
idea on how to put them back...

I put my screws with the part that held them on. Also helps to take pictures.

There are simply two bolts with collars, one left and one right, that hold the seat in place about centre of seat. These were an actual bolt from memory, not an allen key or screwdriver head.

See attached.
