You must be incredibly strong. I am honestly shocked that you broke the rearset with your bare hands.
It should be Ok after new parts.

Parts will be here next Monday.

I read somewhere on the forum about a clutch problem, I disconnected the clutch switch connector and the bike won't start, not sure if that's normal or what.....i guess i'll just have to wait till the parts get here.

BTW, i have the GTPP kawasaki Extended warranty that's good till 2018, i'll give them a call IF the new parts does no good. *Pray pray pray pray prayyyyyyyyyyy*

Do you have a paddock stand? If you are losing any sleep over this, you can put the bike on the paddock stand & work the gearbox using the link rod(for leverage) & see what the bike does.

i do have the rear stand.

Also, i installed the new parts It wouldn't get out of 1st gear to go into neutral. I decided to take it for a ride on 1st and hope it'll click into others. No luck at first, it was very hard (literally) to shift up, then i just kept going and kept on shift and eventually it went into 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th. Now i can come to a stop and kick it into neutral, the light came up and all that. Back to normal now! :)

Welcome to the forum!

Sure, if the lever is firm, doesn't touch anything, you can reach it comfortably and the gears change smoothly, then you can leave it like that.
However, if the gear changing is not perfect, in the long run, it may affect the gears, which may cost much more to repair than to change the lever.

There may be some used levers in good condition on eBay for cheap. Take a look. And replacing it is very easy and doable with basic tools.
