So I’ve decided to replace my brake pads myself. Long story short I had to rebuild the whole caliper
I’m currently bleeding my brakes but all I get is air and only a tiny bit of fluid is coming out, then goes back in. No resistance at all when I pull in the lever

not sure what to do, I’ve ziptied the lever to the bar and will await for assistance. Any help would be great!!!

What’s your knowledge or comfort level with this kind of work? Assuming you’re not new to mechanical work if you’re rebuilding a caliper?

Sounds like you drained the system, rebuilt the caliper and have now refilled but nothing’s happening? Can’t tell from the pic, but is there fluid in your reservoir? After a rebuild you’d fill the reservoir and proceed to bleed brakes as usual. This is the point you’re at? Filled reservoir but can’t get anything to come out of the bleeder on the caliper?

It seems like there is no suction.
Did the bleeder come with a pump or something else that creates suction?
