Lol! YES! My dad's best friend lives in Rochelle. I have family in Hawkinsville and I live in Warner Robins. (small world)
Are you getting your bike at Capital Cycle in Macon?

Nope...I went there last month to just look at some bikes. He showed me the 300 and then just left me. Maybe he thought I wasn't serious or something, so I just left.

After hitting the net last week I found a dealership in Americus that sells them, so they quickly called me back and acted like they wanted my business. So that's where I will be getting the bike

And FINALLY! Someone on the net that's heard of Rochelle lol

Dang it, I was going to see if maybe it was just me, but they ARE jerky. This is my second bike from them. I told myself ten years ago I wouldn't buy another from them. This time everything was "ok" until I came back with money. If I hadn't already committed and could have waited, I would have..... I should have! We never even exchanged handshakes on the deal. I will never (and I mean it this time) go back there.

Glad you got good service in Americus. I'll be willing to drive to Mcdonough next time. They were awesome...but, all out of 300s.

Do you happen to know a guy named Gator? He owns his own trucking company in Rochelle.

Nope sorry can't say that I do. I even asked my mom and she can't think of him either.

We have a horrible dealership down here called Cycle World. They are all the biggest douches I have EVER met. They try SOOOO hard to sell sell sell and don't know shit about any of the bikes.

I was looking at a used bike and the sales rep couldn't tell me how many CCs it had, how much fuel it handled, how many MPG, any service history, what the damage came from, etc.

Same company that got my buddy to pay $7,300 for a Honda CBR250 Repsol edition. Total crap.

Oh and when I pulled up to that dealership with my 300, they were like...

"Oh nice bike. What is it?" - Dealer
"It's the new ninja 300." - Me
"Oh yeah we had that last year. This year we're getting the Ex 300." - Dealer
"This is the first year it was made and it is the Ex 300..." - Me
"No I'm pretty sure they're different..." - Dealer
"Uhm... no... do you know what you're talking about?" - Me
"So... can I help you boys find anything?" - Dealer

^ yikes! That IS terrible. Sadly, there are A LOT of places like that around here too. It's doubly hard to walk into a bike shop when you're a woman. The guys think they know everything and you're wasting their time. Then you bust out the knowledge....Knowledge really is power, Haha. The more you know, the better off you are.
