I have a complete SE 300 body less tank in Willows, CA. I have no use for it and need to remove it out of the shop its currently stored in.
Overall condition out a 10 being perfect... 7.5-8. But its complete including the head & tail lights.
I dont live in the area but can arrange for a local friend to meet you or when Im in the area can meet up.

Not sure what its worth in USD but will entertain trades. Could use any of the following
-Decent bicycle (road or MTB) 56cm or larger
-spare set of 300 wheels
-spare 300 motor

can offset higher value trades with cash or venmo.
I will post pictures in future replies

The pictured tank is NOT included? What exactly is included?

All of the rest of the body. Id gladly include the tank if you present a like/kind quality unit to trade.
Otherwise its the complete body including lights & lowers less the fuel tank.
You noticed I didnt put a price up...right? So that should tell you Im not asking any real money for those items and Id hate to toss them in the trash.
But if these dont generate interest... thats where they are going come March 3.

so you’re selling just the fairings basically? Your listing makes it sound like you’re selling the entire bike minus the tank.
do you have reading comprehension problems?? Not only does the title indicate what Im selling but the body of the message details it as well.

In what world do you live in where the "stock body" includes a fuel tank?? Those are always sold seperate unless you have carbon tank $$$.

It wasn't very clear for me either. I had to read it twice. I thought it was my lack of English.
Or maybe I didn't get enough reading comprehension problems when I went to English school. LOL

Anyways, now it's clear that he sells the fairings without the tank.

My reading comprehension is fine. The problem here is nobody calls it a “body”. Those are called fairings. If you would’ve said “selling stock fairings” then no need to even mention anything about the tank etc. and there wouldn’t be any confusion.

Not sure how long youve been in the hobby but obviously not very. Body or bodywork is a very commonly known component description. Complete body might even include the tank.
Nobody says "ferrings, fairings, or fairlings" because of PC/facebook culture.(or lack of it)

Who would this FS apply too? Someone on the west coast in the NorCal area thats crashed or dropped their streetbike. if they wanted a complete green body... give me their undamaged and functioning tank an carry the street body away. Never going to use the stuff and its taking up room to store.

I have never heard anyone knowledgable about motorcycles refer to the fairings as “the body”. Definitely not in the context of selling stock FAIRINGS. They may be referred to as plastics or fairings but not body. In the automotive car world yes the fenders etc. are referred to as the body or work done on them as body work. Why do you think you had multiple people confused and asking why you’re only keeping the tank etc? Just read your thread. Anyways, it’s pretty easy to see who doesn’t know what they’re talking about here so I’ll leave it at that.
