It's illegal because we allow a few retards to control the majority.
Take the gun control issue. if 5 people out of 1,000,000 commit a crime with a weapon, people wanna ban that weapon even though 999,995 people were not doing any harm.
You get 5 retards that fly through traffic at 90+ on a 45MPH road doing lane splitting, wreck and kill each other, they ban it and tell the other 999,995 it's illegal and not safe.

I kinda did some lane splitting the other day. Some retard was sitting in a turn lane on a red light with no oncoming traffic so I just went around him. Immediately he went behind me. Guess he was either pissed or that oblivious.
