1) Members MUST have a minimum of 25 posts & a minimum membership of 60 days to post in this Classifieds section.

2) You MUST post a clear picture of what you are selling. Stock photography will only be allowed as supplementary photos. Every item that you are selling requires to be in a picture. The only exception of this rule would be if someone is parting out a bike.

3) In every picture, you MUST have a piece of paper clearly showing your user name and date so we know that it is YOUR item and not somebody else’s picture… Editing the photo to include this information is not acceptable.

4) This listing MUST include a price. No feeler or best offer threads will per allowed. Also links to your eBay auction or Craigslist ad will not be permitted. MUST also be your bike being sold

5) Once your item has sold, or you no longer wish to sell it. Please reply to the posting with a SOLD or CLOSED, or PM a staff member and we will close the thread.

6) Threads that do not meet the classified's requirements will be removed.

(threads posted prior to these rules shall not be held to these new rules)

I like them :)

May I suggest something in relation to closing the thread, may they be deleted in stead?

This would keep the thread current and would save members reading each thread to find out after wasting your time that the item FS had been sold weeks if not months prior?

If the forums agrees I am OK with that.. Personally I like to keep up old for sale threads.. There could be a problem that needs to be addressed a couple days later and could use that thread to help solve any issues.. And its also nice for people to look at comparable threads to see how much they can get for what they are selling.

I personally don't like the idea of deleting the thread, sometimes it gives me ideas of what I want or need. At least for accessories and such, bikes i don't care about, but it could come on handy if you are pricing that particular bike though.
