Finally got my bike delivered. I live in South Florida and i bought it from a dealership up North. Everything is perfect, bad thing is, the driver who brought it said he didnt have the owners manual with him...Now i guess i gotta drive 2 hrs to go pick it up from the dealership this weekend,

My question is, i wanna take it out for a spin tonight! anything crucial i should know beforehand?? (I wanted to read the manual first before riding it)

Thanks!

Linky to the owner's manual online (courtesy of Kawasaki).

In the same baggie as the owner's manual - I also got this MSF booklet.

Other than that - ATGATT, check fluid levels/leaks, don't redline, don't overfill the gas tank, and ride smoothly/safely  That's about all I can think of when I rode back from the dealer on mine. The driver did go over the basics with you didn't he/she?

Hmm, not really. Just gave me my Title, Registration, and temp tag...then sped off. Didnt even get to give him a tip...

Thanks for the link though. Appreciate it
you got a temp tag? i got a real tag directly from the dealer... legal as soon as i signed on the dotted line.
