Hi guys
Just wondering what kind of HP increases one can expect with a full two bros exhaust/K&N and power commander?
Any idea what the 250 guys were getting with these?

I was thinking somewhere around 10 maybe?

Cheers :)

I know on the old 250s (first gen) with a full system, filter pods, and a properly tuned stage 3 jet kit, it was about an 8 hp gain. With fuel injection, and a powercommander, I don't think a 10 hp gain would be out of the question.

Awesome :)
25% power increase with some more torque would be nice.
Not that it reeeeally needs it but I catch the power bug pretty easy :)

Don't quote me on the power gains, just a guess. I know on my old 250 though, I had a full Muzzy system, K&N filter pods, and Dynojet Stage 3 jet kit, and after the tune it was a huge difference. Even if you only got like an 8 HP difference, it would be a big deal. I would guess the full system eliminates the cat which makes a big difference, and fixes any lean burn with the powercommander and a drop in k&n. I could see 8-10 with that.

I'm about to order my 2 Bros full system and PC though if that tells you anything. Don't tell my wife:D

I agree with Lienmarine, that 10 wouldn't be OUT of the question, but more likely, I'd guess 6 on the lower end to 8 on the higher end. But then again, these are all just guesses and as we all know, 2 bikes that are the same year, same model, the same exact mods can put up different numbers on the dyno and ****, one can even last miles longer than the other for any number of reasons.

But one thing I do want to put out there is Unrest you definitely hit it right on the nose for best mods. I think Full 2 bros exhaust, Power Commander, and K&N filter/Pod Filter are the three best main mods for increasing HP and rideability. I would call them the "Perfect Trio" haha. you can do it all for under $1000 if you shop around for deals and install yourself and none of them are too crazy or compromise longevity. I personally will do these three right after I get my bike and finish the break-in. Be sure to let us know what kind of increases you get once you got it all set up bro! Good topic too, Unrest!
