You're repairs look great so far!
Great job.

I would probably not handle myself very well if I came out to my motorcycle on the ground...makes my blood boil just thinking about it. People really have no respect for stuff that isn't their own, sickening.

Nice repair job mate. Can I ask you how you repaired the scratches? I dropped my bike from a standstill and have similar damage to yours minus the cracked fairings.

You can use any extra strength rubbing compound. I used Meguiar's M105 and a hand applicator pad. 2 minutes later it was gone completely.

I know what you mean. You don't see me leaning against anybody's car or truck. OK come walking out sometimes and see people looking at my bike...that's fine. But don't throw a leg over it unless you can support the weight or are told to do so.

How can I get paint that matches the pearl white stardust color?
Most times you got to get it made at an autbody paint shop. If the paint shop has the resources, they can make rattle cans of it. However, rattle can will not have as good of a coverage as a HVLP spray gun.

Finished it late last night. All fixed. Epoxy, sanded, sealer, primer, base coat and clear coat.

I may be doing a tutorial on painting your bike or fairings soon.

Well done, I bet that fairing is painted better than the rest of the entire bike. lol
Nah. I matched it pretty darn good though. Glad I have a background in auto painting, tinting tail lights, painting interiors and body kits.

Wow sorry to hear about that but glad you fixed it! Did you park in the motorcycle spots right outside the parking structure? Usually there's squad cars parked next to CPK which have a line of sight there...sorry a little late I know

Yeah. It sucks. I parked in the designated parking spots for motorcycles. Been parking there since day 1. Guaranteed parking.

Yeah. I park there. What color is your 300? I have seen 2 greens, 1 white and 1 black in Temecula.

Great job bouncing-back from this, JTACKM. The bike looks great. Sucks to have such an annoying and random event happen like that. What a heart-breaker, but you recovered well.

As it sits now.

I got my ASV levers from Cycle Gear. They special ordered them and I got them the next day.
