Want the cheap solution? Repair the plastic by fixing an aluminum plate behind the crack with epoxy and shoot it with rattle can bedliner. It has a light texture and semi flat color. Rustoleum is the brand I use alot iirc, red & white can. Remove the part, repair the crack, sand it and shoot it. That will get it looking OK for under $10 and maybe an hour or two of light work.
