I have a 2014 Ninja 300 and Leo Vince Exhaust Slip on. Is there anything I can do to place over or cover the exhaust pipe from burning my leg and melting my gear?

The slip on exhausts wouldn't make the exhausts any more likely to come in contact with your legs.
Where is the exhaust coming into contact with your gear?
Have you put adjustable rear sets on the bike?
