Can someone who knows or has swapped their plastic engine oil plug for a aftermarket one tell me what size is the plug? I had a Rizoma on my Ducati and loved the look and finish. Does the Rizoma Anodized Oil Filler Plug Kawasaki, M30x1.5 fit our Ninja 300?

The 2013 ninja 300 is not 30mm in diameter, it is more like M26. The 2012 650 R is M16, convenient that the 300's is a bigger opening at oil-change time.
WRONG! :D Rizmoma TP013 fits like a glove.

The Rizoma fit perfectly. Looks like Kawasaki uses the same size filler hole for most of their modern bikes. Looks great on and with the builtin wire tie I have peace of mind too.

No problem, just wanted to give you a little jab :p

I'm very happy with the Rizoma cap. Like I mentioned at the top of the thread I used one before and fit and finish quality is excellent. Very pricey for the part, but worth it for the added security. I use a secure oil plug on all my street bike just give myself some piece of mind. Anything that makes it a little more difficult for idiots out there who want to mess with our toys is worth the added insurance.

Went with the black, TP013B. If they sold it in green I would have went that route, but at least the black blends into the engine.

Shop around for the best price, I have used PJ Parts, http://www.pjsparts.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1393, and they are good with fast shipping.
