Nothing to worry about, it's normal if you ride it once in awhile, not every day or short trips.

Basically it's just condensation building up on your site glass.

Moisture building up in the case over time (likely not a whole lot), evaporating while run, condensing when cooling.
A few good runs might clear it out.
And even if it never goes away completely, it might not be cause for much concern. If the oil still looks like oil, I can't imagine there's enough moisture in there to cause much damage as long as the bike doesn't sit for a long-ass time.

When it clears, make sure the oil level is correct.

It means that the oil has not gotten hot enough to burn-off the condensation that has collected.

Ride longer.

Once it's up to operating temp, don't be afraid to zip it up into the high RPM range. Deposits will collect if the engine is run at lower RPMs consistently. The Ninja's engine is designed to run best in the higher RPM range, and it's just fine as long as everything (adjustments, fluid levels, etc) is correct and the engine is at operating temp.
