Turned on key dash completely blank. All other systems working, have checked fuses and relay, seem to be ok. Cleaned all connectors I could find. Battery out put good.

I've got exactly the same problem. I've even fitted a new battery and starter relay to no avail.
Have you found a solution as yet?

Oh, as an aside, I jump started the bike by bypassing the starter relay. Above 2000rpm, all the dash lights come on, Below 2000 rpm, they all go off again. I did this several times with exactly the same result. I'm not sure why the RPM makes a difference...
