You have got a lot of it covered, but if you wanted to dig into the engine there would be headwork/port clean-up, cams, thinner head gasket, valve seat work, different pistons, etc. that could be done - if you wanted to go that far.

Dyno tuning would be a good idea as well.

That’s the way to go , I do flashing on ninja 300s here in North Carolina ! I can get in and do exactly everything here including adjusting fan temperature to come on a bit sooner ! Feel free to message me, I definitely think your bike could be making more than that 34 your being told ! A tune on these bikes reallllly opens them up ! Especially gaining access of that second throttle body that is restricted at 50 percent at wot from factory
