I purchased the bike a couple months back (non running). Guy said it just needed a clutch pack, replaced it. Along with spark plugs, starter relay switch,, filters, oil changed, and fresh gas. I fully charged the battery and it won't start. Cranks, get a couple pops every now and then but nothing. I dont know where to turn to or look next. Anything helps

You may still have some old gas in the system.

Make sure the battery is fully charged and try opening the throttle slightly as you are cranking.

Because you are getting some popping you probably aren't too far off.

Some fuel system cleaner may help if the injectors are a little sticky. I'd add Techron at 1oz per gal.

The battery could also fake being healthy, like being able to still fully charge.
If the battery is older, crappy or both, it can hold its charge less longer; You could try a load test on the battery.
Or: You can take the battery itself to the shop, and let them test it for you. Most shops have common load testers.

(This was the case for my ninja 300, previous owner put in a crappy battery.)
