So I just installed my comp werkes fender elim... What a pain in the ass wiring the thing in. I decided to cut the stock wiring for the turn signals and licence light so I didn't have to cut the wiring on the bike side. I spliced the stock connectors onto the new shorty turn signals and installed it all but I have two issues. First the blinker on the right side flash's faster than the blinker on the left and secondly I'm assuming it's the flasher relay is making a fairing noise everytime I use the blinkers. Ideas?

Did you install LED blinkers?

If so, did you install an LED compatible flasher relay?

They are not LED. The bulb specs are the same as stock, only a bit smaller.

I've got the same comp werkes fender eliminator kit, had issues with them not blinking at all, they would just stay on...

Until I started up the bike, only then they started blinking.

Still, they stay on for 2 secs before they start blinking(with "farting" noise), and the light is on for only a split second while it's off for like a second.

I've just learnt to live with it, been using it like this for 3 months now.
I think it is the relay that needs to be changed to fix the issue.

Most likely the draw isnt the same as stock and you are running into a similar issue that an LED conversion would have.
Try a Relay for LED lights. It's cheap enough to test and easy enough to install.
