So I adjusted my chain slack and now I can hear a clicking sound when my bike is moving, it's pretty audible. I can hear it when pushing my bike around, and when I clutch in and engine noise dies down I can hear it even at 60mph.

It sounds similar to the sound in this video:

I've readjusted my chain slack and alignment a few times to try to see if it goes away and it doesn't. I've even tried making the chain very tight, and very loose, the sound still occurs (just pushing the bike around you can hear it).

Did I mess up one of the sprockets or the chain maybe?

The sprockets/chain are still OEM, nothing has been altered in this area.

When you initially adjusted the chain, did you follow the manufacturers specs?

Yep 0.8in - 1.2in. When I checked it (prior to adjusting) it was about 1.25in in the tightest spot and about 1.5 in the loose spots.

I took a few pictures that were interesting (and yes my chain is rusted rather bad, I live close to the sea and it's been raining - I have been lubing it up every ~275mi though)

The sprocket and chain seem to mesh okay, I don't have a rear stand so I can't pinpoint the exact spot the click is coming from, but it seems to happen on every link, definitely not on just one certain link.
