Hello all,

So as I am reaching the 5,000 mile mark on my ninja 300 I am continually longing for an aftermarket slip on exhaust. Obviously there are tons of exhausts out there for the 300, but I find that MOST seem to be a bit large and just not visually appealing to me. I somehow came across the Akrapovic GP slip on for the Yamaha r3 and I absolutely love the look. The only problem; I'm not sure if I can make it fit. I can't even find the header size of the r3 anywhere just for a basic comparison. I am hoping that someone on here will be able to offer some advice! Do you guys think I could make it work?

The R3 forum might have some threads on this. I met with some R3 riders who had smaller exhausts...and I believe they were all Akrapovic. It's in my video where I took a look at them...where I rode the modded R3 at Angeles Crest Highway.

But if you're not sure I'd check on the R3 forum too.
