Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the Forum and I thank you for the welcoming. I have a problem that's more of a nuisance than anything else. I have a 2016 EX300 non-ABS . It got knocked over in a parking lot and the instrument cluster got cracked and began to allow condensation and water in, until it finally failed. I bought a used one off of ebay but apparently the bike it came off of had ABS. Because my bike does not have ABS, the ABS light stays on all the time. Is there anything or anyway I can get the light to turn off.

Thank you in advance for any help offered.

The light is on because that dash is not getting a reading from the ABS system. You can crack the cluster open and remove the bulb, fiddle with the circuitry, or put a piece of electrical tape over it. My advice would to either cover it with tape or buy a cluster from a non-ABS bike.

Ok, thanks. I have already applied the black tape. I was hoping for advice of how, possibly I could trick the system. No worries, I'll just have to make sure the next one I purchase is for non-abs.

Thanks again.
