take it to the local dealer & let them investigate it. if they do nothing to help solve it, open your owners manual, find the address for Kwaka HQ in your country & write them a letter. be sure to include your bike VIN, your contact details, the dealer contact details, who you spoke to /date/time etc. trust me it works.After all the 2014 is exactly the same as the 2013 so why would it be hard to believe they may be affected as well. Fixed the problem?… So they say. Obviously they haven't fixed it on all 2014s.
